TALK-PHOTO @ ORIEL COLWYN
Colwyn Bay’s Oriel Colwyn gallery continues its TALK-PHOTO series of guest talks on photography this Wednesday with photographer Michelle Sank.
These events are proving popular with audiences and I got to enjoy the recent talk by Daniel Meadows and his conversation with Mark McNulty afterwards. A BAY VIEW exhibition of portraits shot in Colwyn Bay by McNulty showing in the Coed Pella Council Building in the town ends this Friday 7 June - well worth seeing if you can!
TALK_PHOTO events are free to attend but tickets are required for the limited seating in the gallery space. More info and link to book a free ticket for the upcoming Michelle Sank and/or future talks are available using the following link:
‘THE VALLEYS’ : MUSEUM CARDIFF
I’ll be offering my immediate observations on the new ‘THE VALLEYS’ exhibition that opened in National Museum Cardiff on Saturday 25 May in a future Newsletter, but suffice it to say you will likely be both impressed and inspired by the Art and large photography selection of work on show.
Go along!
